Cursa solidària i projecte CUNINA
Des de l’associació «Unoentrecienmil», dedicada a recaptar fons per dirigir-los a projectes d’investigació per trobar una cura contra la leucèmia infantil, ens han comunicat que el passat 29 de gener de 2019 s’ha fet lliurament de 540.000 € per a finançar el projecte CUNINA. Cal dir que estem molt orgullosos de les famílies i de l’alumnat del nostre institut, ja que una xicoteta però important part d’eixa quantitat ha eixit de la solidaritat i empatia de la comunitat educativa del Tirant Lo Blanc.
Al desembre de 2018, el nostre centre, va recaptar 1076€ gràcies a l’esforç en l’organització de la cursa solidària, de l’alumnat del cicle formatiu de Grau Mitjà en Cures Auxiliars d’Infermeria; a la participació a nivell esportiu de l’alumnat; i a nivell econòmic de les famílies, professorat i personal d’Administració i Serveis del centre.
El projecte CUNINA és el primer al món que combina la recerca de susceptibilitats a la leucèmia amb la possibilitat de previndre-la. La investigació estarà coordinada entre Espanya i Alemanya des de la Fundació d’Investigació Biomèdica de l’Hospital Niño Jesús, la «Fundació de la Investigació del Cáncer Universidad de Salamanca» i el «University Hospital» de Düsseldorf. Junts treballaran per aconseguir un gran avanç en la curació d’aquesta malaltia.
Des del centre volem agrair de nou la participació de tota la comunitat educativa en aquesta cursa i els animem a continuar participant als pròxims projectes solidaris que s’organitzen.
